Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

World of Education is committed to making our website, resources and services accessible to everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard wherever possible, and to ensure our online content is available, usable and understandable for people of all abilities.

Scope

This statement covers content published at www.worldofeducation.online, including webpages, downloadable resources (PDFs, worksheets), images, videos, forms and third-party embedded tools that we control. It does not automatically apply to third-party content hosted off-site; we work with suppliers to improve accessibility where possible.

If you encounter a problem, please contact us (details below) and we will provide a workaround while we fix the issue.

How to report an accessibility problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, please email us at:
info@worldofeducation.online

When you contact us, please include:

  • The page URL (web address) where the issue occurred.

  • A short description of the problem and the expected behaviour.

  • The device, browser and version (for example, Chrome on Windows 10) and any assistive technology used (for example, NVDA or VoiceOver).

  • A screenshot or recording if it helps.

We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 business days and to provide an update or solution as soon as possible.

Alternatives

If you need an alternative format of any content (for example, a Word document, plain text, or an audio description), please request this via email and we will provide it within a reasonable time frame.

Testing, monitoring and continuous improvement

We monitor and improve accessibility by:

  • Running automated accessibility scans regularly.

  • Performing manual testing (keyboard navigation, screen reader checks) on priority pages.

  • Conducting periodic user testing with people who use assistive technologies.

  • Including accessibility checks in our content publishing workflow and training for content creators.

  • Reviewing this statement at least once a year and after significant site changes.

Third-party content

Where third-party services, plugins or embedded tools are used, we try to select accessible options and require suppliers to meet accessibility standards. If a third-party tool is not fully accessible, we will seek alternatives or provide a human-mediated option.

Legal and governance

This statement is part of our commitment to equal access. It is not a legal guarantee but sets out the practical steps we take and the channels available to request help.

Contact and escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, please re-contact us with your original email thread and we will escalate the matter internally for further review.
